
Strawberry Cheese Panini

2 slices hearty multi-grain bread
1 TBSP Low Fat Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Reduced Sugar Smuckers Strawberry Preserves
Directions

1. Spread low fat cream cheese on one slice of 7-grain
or similar bread.

2. Spread low sugar preserves or jam on the other slice.

3. Sandwich together and spray outside lightly with
spray margarine or butter flavor cooking spray if desired.

4. Grill on a George Forman grill, panini press, or
in a non stick skillet.

5. Allow to cool for several minutes (filling will be
*HOT*) .... Dust lightly with powdered sugar if desired ... cut into wedges
and serve as a snack, dessert, or breakfast treat.
