Nut Bark
1 24 oz. package chocolate candy coating
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts,
cashews, or almonds).
In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl melt candy coating
on medium power (5-6 min.), stirring every 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate
is smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread into a thin layer on 2 foil-lined baking
sheets. Refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes). Break into chunks. Store
in refrigerator or covered tightly at room temperature.
