
Mock Frappuchino or Mocha Latte
Not as authentic as Starbucks, but
an EASY, inexpensive way to get a nice coffee/chocolate fix without leaving
home.

1 packet Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix (No Sugar Added)
1 cup Nonfat Skim Milk
1 TBSP Instant Coffee - more or less to taste
Ice cubes
Directions
Combine hot chocolate mix, skim milk and instant coffee in blender.
Pour over ice cubes or add the ice and blend to a smoothie consistency.
Top with a dash of cinnamon.
Optional - add one tablespoon Cool Whip Free for an additional 20 calories.
You can save 85 calories by preparing this with 1 cup of water instead
of the skim milk since the hot chocolate mix contains powdered milk ...
but you lose the calcium and other nutrients from the milk.
