Low Fat Angel Biscuits
    Light low fat biscuits

    1 cup plain all-purpose white flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup skim or 1% milk

    If using self-rising flour omit the salt and baking powder. Soft wheat flour makes the best biscuits.

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375°. 
    • Spray a 6 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
    • Combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth.
    • Divide evenly between the 6 muffin cups.
    • Bake at 375° until golden brown.
