Fruit Parfaits
    Turn ordinary fruit into a delicious 100 calorie Dessert!

    1 Nectarine
    1 Peach
    1 Banana
    1/2 cup seedless Grapes - cut in half
    6 oz. container Yoplait Light - Peach Yogurt
    1/4 cup Fat Free Sour Cream  

    Directions

    • 1. Cut nectarine and peach into bite size pieces, slice banana and grapes. Mix in bowl.
    • 2. In separate bowl mix yogurt and sour cream. (Add a little splenda or brown sugar if desired)
    • 3. Spoon fruit into custard cups or dessert bowls and top with 1/4 of the yogurt/sour cream mixture. Layer in fancy glasses for a more festive presentation.
    *** You can substitute fresh berries or whatever fruit you have on hand and whatever yogurt you like for a tasty flavor combination. These changes may alter nutritional content slightly. ***
