Cheese Loaf
Yield: 8 - 10 servings
4 cups medium sharp cheese
1/2 cup thick cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Red pepper to taste
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Strawberry preserves
Grate and cream the cheese. Add cream, mayonnaise,
pepper, and mix well. Add chopped pecans. Mold with hands into desired
shape and refrigerate. When ready to serve pour strawberry preserves over
the cheese loaf.
