Cheese Ball
16 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
Paprika and chopped pecans
Combine ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate until
firm. Form in a ball and roll in paprika and chopped pecans. Cover tightly
with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Allow cheese ball to soften a bit
at room temperature before serving.
